Marmet Technique : Hand Expression Technique

Marmet technique atau lebih glamour dikalangan kita ” pam susu guna tangan” (tanpa sebarang bantuan alat pump yg lain.

Cara ni mmg sgt praktikal sbb tak payah usung breastpump ke sana sini and tak payah nak basuh2 gadget2 pump yg kecik2 tu.

However, tak ramai org pandai guna teknik ni sbb ia memerlukan ilmu, lebih kesabaran dan latihan.

Cara2nya:

1. Basuh tgn bersih2.
2. Letakkan ibu jari (above the nipple), jari telunjuk dan jari hantu (below the nipple) . Lebih kurang 1” to 1–1/2” from the nipple, agak2 berhampiran dgn garisan areola. Guna measurement ni sbg guide, since breasts and areolas vary in size from one woman to another. Be sure the hand forms the letter “C” and the finger pads are at 6 and 12 o’clock in line with the nipple.

• Avoid cupping the breast

3. Push straight into the chest wall and roll.

4. Roll thumb and fingers forward at the same time. This rolling motion compresses and empties milk reservoirs without injuring sensitive breast tissue.

Note the position of thumb and fingernails during the finish roll as shown in the illustration.

5. Repeat rhythmically to completely drain reservoirs.
• Position, push, roll…
• Position, push, roll…

6. Rotate the thumb and fingers to milk other reservoirs, using both hands on each breast.

Plz elakkan cara2 kat bawah ni sbb ia menyakitkan dan bole merosakkan tisu :

1.Do not squeeze the breast, as this can cause bruising.

2. Sliding hands over the breast may cause painful skin burns.

3. Avoid pulling the nipple which may result in tissue damage.

saya pun suka teknik marmet ni..saya byk refer workandpump punya website masa anak 1st dulu..brochure2 yag didapati di hospital mesra abyi pun ditunjukkan dgn jelas.. mmg tak sesenang guna pum tapi kepuasan akan lebih terasa..seperti menuai hasil selepas bersungguh-sungguh…heheh
